DONATION REQUESTS: The Livermore Wine Trolley is proud to support and strengthen our local communities in the Bay Area. To request a donation, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit only ONE donation request per year.
- Requests must be received at least 10 weeks before your event or submission deadline.
- Only emailed requests will be considered. (Requests must be sent as a new email, not added to prior year’s thread.)
- Include all required information in your email:
- 501(c)(3) tax-exempt number
- Event date
- Expected attendance
- Contact information: Full name, address, phone number, and email
- Event flyer (must be attached)
- Only requests with ALL required information will receive a reply. We do not recommend follow-up emails.
