Elevate Your Event: Private Trolley Charters for Weddings and Corporate Retreats

While our public wine tours are fantastic for couples and small groups of friends, large events like weddings, corporate team-building days, and milestone celebrations require a level of customization that a scheduled public tour simply cannot provide. A private Livermore Wine Trolley charter gives you an exclusive vehicle, a dedicated professional driver, and the ultimate flexibility to build a bespoke wine-country itinerary tailored exactly to your group's unique timeline and preferences.

Logistics can often be the most stressful part of planning a group event. By booking a private charter, you eliminate the hassle of coordinating multiple cars, dealing with rideshares, or forcing guests to act as designated drivers. Instead, your entire party boards the Trolley together. This keeps the celebratory energy high, simplifies your timeline dramatically, and provides an incredible, cohesive backdrop for group photos that you will cherish for years to come.

Our impressive fleet includes three meticulously maintained, vintage-style options designed to accommodate groups of varying sizes. We offer a classic 34-passenger red and green Trolley for a traditional look, a stunning 34-passenger white Golden State Trolley that is wildly popular for elegant weddings, and a slightly more intimate 26-passenger Golden State Trolley. Despite their classic, photogenic exteriors, each vehicle is outfitted with modern amenities, including robust heating and cooling systems, premium Bluetooth sound for your custom playlists, and spacious, comfortable seating.

We encourage event planners and couples to visit our Private Events page to compare the high-resolution photos and exact passenger capacities for each Trolley. Our streamlined booking process allows you to start an inquiry directly from the specific vehicle profile that best fits your estimated guest count.

For weddings, couples frequently utilize our Trolleys for seamless, stylish ceremony-to-reception shuttles, highly coordinated photo runs between downtown Livermore and the sweeping vineyard estates, and safe guest transportation that feels perfectly on-brand for a wine-country celebration. It adds a touch of classic charm that standard shuttle buses simply cannot match.

In the corporate world, our private charters are in high demand for client entertainment, dynamic sales kickoffs, and culture-building afternoon retreats that are infinitely more memorable than sitting in a standard, windowless conference room. Beyond weddings and business, our Trolleys are the venue of choice for unforgettable milestone birthdays, golden anniversaries, and large family reunions looking for a unique shared experience.

Because every private event is unique, our charters are custom-priced based on your specific date, total duration, chosen vehicle, and tailored itinerary. To get started, simply submit the brief inquiry form located on our Private Events page. Please include the nature of your occasion, your estimated guest count, and your preferred Trolley style. Our dedicated events team typically responds within 48 hours with detailed pricing, availability, and clear next steps for securing your date.

If you already know exactly which vehicle you want and the details of your occasion, you can expedite the process by using the pre-filled inquiry links featured on each fleet vehicle's card.
